In the first instance, any query should be searched for within Race Academy help section. Most common questions are already answered in the help articles there, so it's the quickest way to get an answer.

How to request additional support
Contact us through the Help Centre, including your school name and as much detail as possible about your query, so they can help as quickly as possible.
If you need a member of the STEM ON Track team to visit your school, for example to help with a build issue, contact Operations Manager Jake Coward through the Help Centre in the first instance.
