The first time you log in to Race Academy, you'll be asked to complete your profile and your school's information. Some fields may already be filled in by our team, anything left blank is yours to complete. This takes about ten minutes and needs doing before the other setup tasks.
What you'll need
- Your Race Academy login details (sent to you by email, check spam if it hasn't arrived). If you still can’t find it contact our Support Team (support@espireeducation.co.uk)
- Your school's delivery address and phone number.

Your team's choice of RAL colour and race number.
Completing your profile
To login go to https://www.stemontrack.com/ and click the login button on the top right. Your username is the email address you provided and your password will be sent to you via email.
Work through each field. Depending on your setup, some may already be completed by our team:
- Profile details — your name and contact information
- School information — confirm or complete your school's details
- RAL colour — the colour your team races under. If you're not sure what to pick, agree it with your students; it's part of your team identity
- Race number — your team's competition number
- Delivery address — where kit, parts, and replacements will be sent. Double-check this one: it's the address we'll use for all future deliveries
If a field is already filled in and looks wrong, you can edit it directly.
What happens next
With your profile complete, you're ready for the two key setup tasks:
- [Certifying your kit] — required to unlock your curriculum modules
- [Onboarding your students] — required before students can access the platform
If other staff will be helping run the programme, it's worth [adding them as teachers] before you load in students, so your team is in place first.
