When you log in as a teacher, you land on your Teacher Admin Dashboard. This article gives you a quick tour of the landing page and the sidebar, so you know where everything lives before you start.
The Dashboard
Your landing page is your home base. From here you can see the Build and Learn content carousels while in addition to the status of key setup tasks; kit certification, student onboarding, and Module 0 completion. In addition to an overview of your team's activity. When something needs your attention, this is where it will show.
The sidebar
The sidebar is how you move around Teacher Admin. The key links are:
- Dashboard: A link back to the home dashboard.
- Content Catalog: To view and filter through all available content and modules.
- Resources: A Link to the STEM On Track programme resources.
- Sticker Kit Template
- Club Shop: Access spares and repairs for the STEM On Track programme.
- Analytics: Dive deeper in to completion statistics for your team and each student
School Management: Add staff and student profiles, complete kit certification, upload a Team logo and many more features.
The order to do things in
If you're brand new, work through setup in this order:
- Complete your profile ([Logging in for the first time])
- Certify your kit ([Certifying your kit]) — this unlocks your modules
- Add any other teachers or support staff ([Onboarding teachers and staff])
- Onboard your students ([Onboarding your students])
Once those are done, everything else, assigning modules, tracking progress, watching the leaderboards, flows from day-to-day use.
