The Analytics page shows you how your students are getting on, individually and as a team, so you can spot who's flying, who's stuck, and what to cover in your next session.
What you can see
- Individual progress — each student's module completion, assessment results, and badges earned
- Team overview — how the whole team is progressing through the assigned curriculum
Engagement — you can delve deeper by clicking on a student to see last login activity, as well as further points, rankings metrics and all the learner management actions.
Ways to use it
Before a session: a two-minute scan tells you whether the team completed what you assigned, and whether anything needs re-covering before you move on.
Spotting students who need help: a student whose progress has stalled often just has a practical blocker — lost password, module not visible, or they missed a session. Check the simple explanations first ([Managing your students] covers resets and impersonate lets you see their screen.
Half-termly review: assessment results are visible here, giving you a natural checkpoint for how the cohort is tracking.
Evidencing the programme: progress data is useful beyond the classroom — for reporting to your senior leadership team, parents' evenings, sponsors, or making the case for running the programme again next year.
Progress and points
Progress and point scoring are related but not the same thing: analytics shows learning progress; points and leaderboards show competitive standing. For how points accrue and how leaderboards work, see [Points and leaderboards].
