Volunteers/staffing
You are welcome to utilise external volunteers and staff for support as required — please ensure you carry out any due diligence in line with your internal policies.
External volunteers and staff are also permitted to attend the event days. In order to attend, the Team Principal will need to ensure the individuals' details are added to the relevant documentation sent out prior to the event days.
If you have anyone over 18 years old that would like to help with volunteering on the event days, please contact jake@espireeducation.co.uk to discuss the opportunities and roles available.
Sixth form students want to help out
Sixth form students can play an active role in the team — they can support in a mechanical capacity, support as an engineer, be a Driver Coach, take on the role of a Team Manager, and more!
