Are we covered under your insurance?
Yes. Insurance for both events is held by Espire Education Group Ltd, arranged through our broker and underwritten by a regulated insurer. Public Liability cover is in place up to £10,000,000, covering Espire Education's legal liability for accidental bodily injury or damage to third party property.
Employers Liability cover of £10,000,000 is also in place, extended to cover staff, volunteers and helpers working at the event.
Cover for student participants is included under the Public Liability policy, in respect of claims arising from Espire Education's own negligence.
