What if we've rounded off a nut or bolt?

What if a bolt won't quite fit through a hole in the chassis?
This can often, especially with new frames, simply be the paint restricting the hole size. An easy fix for this is to carefully scrape away the paint from the inside of the hole (not the visible outer surfaces), which will allow the bolt to pass through successfully.
What if we can't screw in the engine stop bolt?
This is usually caused by paint being trapped in the threads of the hole on the frame, as a result of the painting process. You can either try to carefully scrape the paint out of the threads, or carefully run a tap (from a tap and die set) through to remove the paint.
We have too many bolts for the clutch fitting process. Why? Is that ok?
The parts supplied for the clutch fitting process are a generic kit supplied by the manufacturer to cover a variety of uses. Some parts may not be required for our intended use, so you can discard them, unless you wish to keep them as spares.
